Counseling for wellness
The Healthcare Executive Wellness Program is a confidential service designed to support the growth, balance, perspective, and wellbeing of leaders who find that some parts of their lives are falling out of balance. This program allows an executive to choose the number of sessions they wish to attend. The agendas for sessions are those of importance to the executive. We work to support good mental health and to restore resilience to those who participate.
After an initial introductory phone call, the executive is matched with one of our counselors with whom scheduling at the convenience of the executive is done.

As we all experience the shifting configurations of healthcare organizations, the challenge to lead with integrity, excitement, and commitment becomes so much more difficult and complex. Building professional relationships based on trust and a deep sense of purpose become balancing acts between a healthcare system’s quality efforts, financial survival, and employee satisfaction. We cannot take on our cost & quality challenges by just working harder. We must create work environments that foster collaboration, trust in leaders and each other, and the confidence to know these are not just words, but truly how we lead.
